We built a high-conversion digital clinic for Phone Doctor designed to turn hardware emergencies into seamless service experiences. The platform’s architecture centers on a ‘Mobile Repair Stress-Free’ philosophy, utilizing a clean, trust-building interface that categorizes complex technical repairs into easily navigable solutions for everyday users. By integrating a bold, urgent color palette with a ‘Don’t Delay, Repair Today!’ conversion strategy, we successfully reduced the friction between device failure and technician booking. The final build includes custom-designed service modules for screen, battery, and water damage, all optimized for mobile users who are often browsing from the very devices that need fixing
